We are currently hiring for an experienced Data Analyst to support our Marketing, Telephony, and Customer Complaints functions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage data analytics to drive customer insights, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer outcomes.
As part of our high-performing analytics team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, customer service, and risk teams to provide data-driven recommendations that shape business strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
📊 Marketing Analytics: Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates to optimize marketing strategies.
📞 Telephony Insights: Monitor and analyse call data, IVR performance, and customer interactions to enhance call center efficiency.
⚖ Customer Complaints Analysis: Identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
📈 Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Python to provide real-time business insights.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and compliance teams to develop data-driven initiatives that improve customer outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
✔ 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, with a focus on marketing, telephony, or customer complaints.
✔ Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, and Python (or R) for data analysis and visualization.
✔ Experience with marketing campaign analytics, call centre performance data, and customer feedback trends.
✔ A deep understanding of customer behaviour analytics and process optimization.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present findings and influence business decisions.
