We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer who is passionate about safeguarding digital environments, adapting to evolving threats, and maintaining the highest ethical standards. In this role, you’ll take a proactive approach to fortify our internal systems, ensure the safety of our data, and anticipate vulnerabilities to keep our organization secure.

Here’s what you’ll work on:

• Administer systems such as Entra ID, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS, GCP, DNS, and other relevant platforms. Ensure proper configuration, access controls, and overall security of these systems.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint protection tools to secure employee devices, preventing malware and other threats.
• Monitor production environments and endpoints, using alerts and dashboards to identify and address security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to security incidents and security events following established procedures.
• Follow established procedures to configure and patch systems in order to maintain a secure environment. Collaborate with the IT team to implement necessary security updates and ensure systems are up to date.
• Ensure alignment with SOC 2 and other frameworks like GDPR or ISO 27001 by implementing and documenting required security measures.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and installations related to security systems and configurations.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and best practices to proactively enhance internal security.

About you:

You’re analytical and detail-oriented, with a talent for identifying vulnerabilities and solving complex problems. You enjoy staying ahead of the curve, finding innovative ways to fortify systems, safeguard data, and proactively mitigate risks.

What makes you a great fit:

• +5 years of proven experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer, Specialist or related positions.
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, OSI model, Load Balancing, HTTP/S, TLS, LDAP, DNS, RDP, SSH, etc.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server security.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, and wireless access points. Familiarity with Fortinet products.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID and Active Directory fundamentals, including user management, security policies, and access controls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Defender 365 or similar security technology stacks.
• Excellent written skills in technical English.
• Understanding of X.509 and asymmetric encryption (is a plus).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SIEM or IDS (is a plus).
