Here you will contact with the development of products and services focused on real needs in areas such as connectivity, operations support systems, service platforms, among others. We are hiring a DevOps Engineer for this nacional project in Aveiro, Porto or Lisbon. Requirements: - More 2 years of relevant experience; - BSc/MSc in Engineering or a related field; - SaaS Platforms to ensure service quality without disruption; - Perform routine maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance; - Assist the customer support hotline by addressing doubts; - Resolving incidents, while also collaborating with the rest of the team; - Prioritize incoming support requests or incidents through ticketing systems; - Create automation tools/scripts to minimize manual effort; - Platform and Security Monitoring; - Windows and Linux Operating System; - Tech: SQL Server, PHP, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular and JavaScript; - Scripting languages (BASH, Python); - Agile/SCRUM, CI/CD; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
