YOUR PROFILE: Fixed Provisioning

As a Senior Provisioning Software Developer, you will be responsible for the architecture and development of provisioning systems that configure and maintain customer data for fixed networks (xDSL, fiber) on network equipment. You will convert commercial requests from fixed market lines into technical information to provision customer services, managing interactions with teams for physical connections and partners. Your role will also include managing fixed portability and providing diagnostic interfaces for customer service and operations.

Activities

• Participate in specifying components for development and evaluating workloads.
• Design and develop applications within the project scope.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Support Test and Production teams.
• Analyze and correct anomalies.
• Integrate and merge code into project/version branches using GIT.
• Test components before delivery.
• Develop tools to facilitate software integration and operational tasks.
• Provide technical support to junior developers.

Technical Skills

Mastery of:

• TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning (formerly Kabira KPSA) – installation, configuration, deployment, and development.
• Command Eval Scripts/TRN, Action Language, PHP.
• Building catalogs and provisioning workflows with TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning.
• GIT for version control.

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in Linux operating systems (particularly RedHat Linux).
• Experience in containerized environments (Kubernetes).
• Java development and secure network access configuration (HTTPS, TLS, proxy and reverse-proxy).
• Understanding of network protocols (HTTP, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, LDAP, SSH, telnet, SNMP).

• English proficiency
• Must be located in Portugal
