As a member of the Digital Factory Europe, you will contribute to the digital initiatives by integrating a product team. Your role will be to maximise the value of MyBoutique product.
MyBoutique is an iPhone application that centralizes major functionalities for Chanel employees working in boutiques; as such, this product is key for advisors as well as for hostesses or even stockists.
You will be working on the Operations scope.
This scope focuses on features linked to retail activities such as:
Being responsible of the product backlog management, you will interact with the team members (Developers, QAs …) as well as with the Product Management team to implement new features and stabilise the existing functionalities.
MyBoutique being connected with multiple systems, you will also have to collaborate with other product/development teams (POS, Pioneer, WaitWhile…).
You will be reporting to the Digital Factory Lead.
What Impact You Create At Chanel
You will join the development team responsible for MyBoutique. This product is the main tool used by advisors in Chanel boutique and is key in providing customers the best experience possible.
The team is currently composed of 2 Product Owners (1 per squad), 9 developers, 5QAs and 3 support engineers.
In collaboration with the product manager and the development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the features are properly refined to match the stakeholders’ needs and the quality requirements.

- Sale ceremonies (In cabin care, basket management, digital passport, care & repair …)
- Inventory lookup / Transfer requests
- In boutique queue / appointement management

- Create the product backlog items
- Manage the backlog priorities
- Ensure that the product backlog is visible transparent and clear to everyone
- Develop and Communicate the Sprint Goal
- Validate the results of the product backlog items
- Collaborate with the stakeholders and the product team
- Receive feedback from the stakeholders
- Participate to Scrum events
- Contributing to build the vision of a major product
- Acting as a liaison between the team and the product manager / stakeholder
