Product Manager

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the development and optimization of our personality assessment platform—TerraYou. You will play a crucial role in bringing our product vision to life.

Your Role

Be part of our vision: In collaboration with business stakeholders, your work will focus on shaping and executing our product vision for TerraYou. You will define the strategy and roadmap—translating the product vision into execution-level requirements including measurable KPIs.

Deliver an exceptional product: With an eye on new functionalities and performance, you will report to our COO and work closely with Engineering, Content, Design, and Marketing teams to continuously improve, design, and deliver an outstanding product experience for our TerraYou customers.

Lead communication: As Product Manager, you will become a knowledge base for everything connected to TerraYou. You will leverage this deep understanding of the product to facilitate the smooth execution of tasks within a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, content writers, and customer support. You will also be responsible for communicating current changes and plans related to the TerraYou website to business stakeholders.

Be data-driven: You will acquire an in-depth understanding of the factors that contribute to the growth of your product and you will validate this understanding through analysis of data and customer feedback.

Drive performance: You will improve retention, conversion, and monetization by formulating hypotheses, conducting tests, and iteratively optimizing strategies.

Maximize efficiency: You will identify cost-effective and high-impact opportunities that expand TerraYou’s product offering and elevate its position in the market.

Take ownership: You will be responsible for the TerraYou brand, its customers, metrics, and performance.

About You

• You bring at least 3 years experience as a product manager—ideally, with a focus on the performance of an international website and/or mobile application.
• You have a strong understanding of technical principles, data analysis tools, and A/B testing.
• You have an affinity for project management and experience working in an agile environment. You are familiar with roadmaps, sprints, and scope documentation.
• You are an extremely talented communicator and enjoy working with a team and with business stakeholders.
• You are comfortable taking ownership of tasks, being a source of knowledge for your product, and taking the lead.
• An interest in personal/professional development tools is a must.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
