As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will lead the development of solutions on the Power Platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and leverage Power Platform technologies to create scalable and efficient solutions. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality solutions that empower our clients to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance productivity.

About the role:

• Lead the development of Power Platform solutions, collaborating with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and design robust solutions.
• Develop and implement custom plugins, forms, ribbons, workflows, and automations using C# or VB.NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for deployed Power Platform solutions. Have knowledge and understanding of debugging tools and techniques.
• Oversee and conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client specifications and are free of defects.
• Create detailed technical documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and provide guidance to other team members, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.
  
  
  

About you:

• Previous experience as a Senior Power Platform Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Experience with data modelling, connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL600) preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with Power Platform ALM or other CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or experience with the follow is desirable:
• Power Platform Centre of Excellence
• Data architecture knowledge, including designing and implementing data models and databases using Dataverse within the Power Platform environment
• Designing and developing web pages and forms using Power Pages
