Job Purpose:

This person will:

  • Ensure that all HR Administration is well maintained according to the local regulations. Be a champion for all HR directives, initiatives, and our culture.
  • Work collaboratively providing support to the HR, People & Culture members.
  • Provide day to day HR operational support to functions within the local and EMEA organisation.
  • Ensure consistency with the application of processes, policies, procedures to comply with local employment law and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with employees at all levels to ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment.


Tasks:

  • Actively support the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding of employees.
  • Manage payroll administration.
  • Ensure the Employee Handbook is up to date.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Contribute to developing and improving HR processes, routines, and tools to streamline and ensure quality of workflow.
  • Administrative and operational tasks, including drafting contracts, supporting probation and performance reviews, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support welfare initiatives implementation for employees;
  • Assist in recruitment processes.
  • Assist with and drive ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support regular HR reporting and creating HR metrics.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring transparent communication within HR team.
  • Manage and schedule training courses for all STACK Italy people.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards;


Job practicalities / Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
