We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager for FINCI team in Riga to take ownership of our product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Optimization: Optimize and describe existing products while identifying opportunities for new product development.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and execute product strategies within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Roadmap Ownership & Communication: Define and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and initiatives. Communicate progress and adjustments to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, sales, marketing, and customer support to align on product initiatives and ensure internal support. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates.
• Quality Assurance & User Experience: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure products meet functional requirements and deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Customer Insights & Feedback: Engage with customers regularly to understand pain points, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Use insights to drive product enhancements and ensure a best-in-class user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Identify areas for product optimization and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and overall growth.
• Additional Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by direct management.

Your profile:

• Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in industry-specific experience, e.g., fintech, SaaS, e-commerce].
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills:

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

-Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).

-Data-driven decision-making skills with familiarity in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical specifications.
