Your role💼

As Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist your challenges will include:

• Managing and documenting ICT and IT Security processes.
• Defining and implementing security policies in compliance with regulations, particularly DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
• Collaborating with IT teams to strengthen access controls and security protocols.
• Monitoring cybersecurity threats and supporting incident response activities.
• Ensuring secure data management and protection of sensitive information.
• Contributing to cybersecurity risk management strategies.
• Tracking and reporting progress on security initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate timelines.

Requirements 💡

• 3-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of ICT processes and IT security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with DORA compliance.
• Expertise in cybersecurity risk management frameworks.
• Ability to document processes and prepare technical reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Italian; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
