Governance Risk & Compliance Project Manager

Opportunity to lead the Cyber 2028 – GRC project, focusing on Cyber Risk Management and Regulatory Requirements (NIS2).

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Leadership:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, timelines, budget, and risk assessment.
• Oversee internal and external dependencies.
• Ensure steady delivery from project contributors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and remove roadblocks.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage and align with stakeholders to refine project scope and objectives.
• Lead meetings and committees to ensure transparent communication.

Change Management & Training:

• Develop a change management plan to support adoption.
• Design and execute training programs for end-users.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong project management expertise.
• 10+ years of experience as an IT project manager.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and proactivity.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience in Cyber Security, NIS2, and GRC implementation.
