Junior Network Asset Management - PT Residence

The Asset Identification Service (AIS) is a service belonging to the Security Identity and Protection department that aims to discover, identify and classify the assets present in our partner's network, both in IT and OT environments. The service to be provided requires a person with a profile/knowledge in computer networks and network equipment. The person will have to have a proactive mindset in seeking possible improvements/automations in the tasks in which they are involved.

• Support in network equipment configuration tasks (i.e. Juniper, netflow, wlan, scalance, RADIUS, IP Helper)
• Troubleshooting with Switch Owners in case of problems in the configuration of Network Elements
• Support in the registration of Network Elements (Routers/Switches/Firewalls) in ITAM. (Siemens asset database)
• Monitoring data quality between DataHub and ITAM
• Support in monitoring service KPIs with the service management team
• The person to be introduced must have good communication skills (oral and written in English) and experience with customer management.
• Support in incident management.

Hybrid Model - 1 or 2 times per week at the office
