Requirements
- Manage end-to-end scheduling of new customer projects (5-10 days in scope).
- Monitor project progress to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Identify and address any skills shortages in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Maintain regular customer contact to ensure a smooth handover to delivery.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business needs and customer satisfaction.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, always seeking to improve processes.
