Product Manager - Sustainability / ESG - Infrastructure Data

About Our Client

On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) space, we are recruiting for a Product Manager role. Our client provides sustainability data and analytics for infrastructure and real estate markets, helping financial institutions and asset managers make informed decisions through data-driven insights and benchmarking tools.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client's team and drive the development and implementation of new products in their infrastructure data portfolio. This role will focus on turning strategy into execution, managing product roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products that meet their clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the product roadmap for new data products, particularly in the infrastructure and data centre spaces
• Take ownership of products from the initial handover from the innovation team through implementation, review, feedback, consultation, and further development stages
• Prioritise requirements and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track product usage and build effective modules to enhance data offerings
• Manage the end-to-end product discovery process, particularly for early-stage products
• Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to ensure smooth product development and delivery
• Support the implementation of two specific new products in the sustainability data space

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a data-centric environment
• Strong background in SaaS product development and management
• Excellent cross-functional management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion
• Experience with product discovery methodologies and implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on product usage data
• Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering {Construction not Software}, Business, or related field)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience in infrastructure, financial markets, or sustainability/ESG
• Experience working with data dashboards or data visualisation products
• Background in consultancy companies that involve data and productisation of sustainability advice
• Familiarity with financial institutions and their data needs
• Engineering background or experience in infrastructure
