We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vulnerability Management Specialist to lead and coordinate the technology development of our products. In collaboration with our Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying feasible technical solutions that meet our business needs. This role involves managing operational tasks and collaborating with stakeholders, operational teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of our security initiatives.


As a starting point, the primary focus will be on Rapid7, ServiceNow VR module, and Security Scorecard. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vulnerability management and attack surface management, along with the ability to solve complex problems independently and drive operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications and functionality.
  • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions within the assigned technology scope.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and operational processes.
  • Operational Support: Manage and resolve operational tasks and requests from various operational teams, partners, and suppliers.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Innovation: Identify and suggest new functionalities and efficiency improvements to enhance product performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.


Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in Vulnerability Management and Attack Surface Management

✅ Strong background in security tools such as Rapid7, ServiceNow VR, and Security Scorecard

✅ Ability to manage and lead small to medium initiatives and projects

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

✅ Strong documentation and process-writing skills

✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


Beneficial Skills:

Education:

🎓 Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience

🎓 Bachelor of Science or equivalent in a related field (preferred)
