Job Title: Project/Epic Management Owner

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Project/Epic Management Owner to lead the execution of medium-sized projects/Epics, ensuring alignment with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project/Epics execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements

- Define project guidelines, allocate tasks, and motivate/monitor internal/external resources

- Provide performance feedback on allocated resources

- Ensure successful project delivery on-time, within budget, and with quality/safety standards

- Apply project management models (gate model or SAFe setup)

Requirements

- Certified SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, Product Owner/Product Manager

- 3+ years of project management experience in relevant fields (Electronics product development, Hardware, Software, FPGA, mechanics)

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar, with domain experience in HITACHI ENERGY business

- Fluency in English and Swedish languages
