Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in managing social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our community.

Relocation to Tirana, Albania is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to enhance brand presence.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and provide reports to optimize strategies.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
• Support the marketing team in aligning social media activities with overall campaigns.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in social media and the cryptocurrency industry.
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including tracking performance and budget coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Good analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Socialbakers).
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
