About The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the visual identity for our projects. You will consult on and design branding elements for a number of cutting edge crypto and iGaming products. This role requires a blend of creative graphic design skills and business acumen to ensure our brands resonate with our target audiences and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums including websites, social media, marketing materials, and user interfaces.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop comprehensive brand strategies for each project.
• Visual Identity Creation: Design and refine logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual elements to establish a distinctive brand identity.
• Consultation: Provide expert advice on branding and design trends, ensuring our projects remain modern, relevant, and competitive.
• Business Alignment: Align brand designs with business objectives and target audience preferences, leveraging market research and user feedback.
• Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand across all platforms and materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and integration across all aspects of the business.

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design or graphic design, preferably within the tech or crypto industry.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous brand design work and graphic design projects.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Business-savvy with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
