ORANG is at the forefront of revolutionizing digital content creation and distribution by integrating generative AI technologies and blockchain. Our project leverages the Solana blockchain and cutting-edge AI to offer AI-powered services like pre-built templates, long article creation, image maker, code writer, speech-to-text, and voiceover services. We are building an ecosystem with the $ORANG TOKEN ($ORGAI) and ORANGverse NFTs to streamline transactions and provide exclusive benefits to stakeholders.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as Co-Founder | Web3 at ORANG. The role involves around raising funds in web3 space and investment is needed with support in leading the strategic direction and growth of the company, overseeing the development and implementation of AI technologies and blockchain integration, and collaborating with the team to drive innovation in digital content creation and distribution. Some remote work is acceptable with the role primarily located in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical operations of the project, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of generative AI features on the Solana blockchain.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and design, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business strategies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project launches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to blockchain and AI.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of industry experience in Analytical Skills, Research, and Communication abilities
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in blockchain or AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of PHP libraries, Rust/Solana and generative AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Sales and Marketing experience is a plus
• Proven track record of successful investment strategies
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive innovation
• Experience in the digital content creation industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
