Role Overview

We are seeking an Information Technology Security Analyst to join our team in Oslo. This is an on-site role, ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and IT infrastructure protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyse, and respond to security threats across IT systems and networks.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement security measures.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Investigate and mitigate cyber incidents and breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Security Analyst, Cybersecurity Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience with SIEM tools, network security protocols, and encryption technologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other security frameworks.
• Ability to conduct penetration testing and risk assessments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Oslo, Norway.
