Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager within the area of our Well Access Services.

Building on our fundamental values, you will deliver and execute projects in various contract setups, both directly towards the customer and through Inter-company projects. Your inputs and initiatives will be highly valued to secure growth and marked share.

Responsibilities and tasks

This role combines operational excellence with technical leadership. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions towards market needs.

As Project Manager you are responsible for the day to day operations of your Project Team - such as:

  • Lead, support and motivate project team members
  • Financial control of the project, maximizing gross margin without compromising on HSE and Quality
  • Contribute to inbound sales and actively identify opportunities in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
  • Scheduling activities coordinated with portfolio planning of assets. Ensure that all activities are planned, managed and coordinated in accordance with contract documents, client call-off, procedures and processes
  • Optimize project efficiency, reporting, forecast and quotation
  • Act as a change agent; drive and take on agreed improvement projects, as part of our Lean Journey

You are meant for this job if you have...

  • MSc or BA/BSc within Project Management, or other relevant areas
  • Experience from operational project management
  • Commercial understanding- and mindset
  • Ability to deliver through team collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A systematic approach with the ability to follow through, and close out ongoing projects
  • A drive for continuous improvement
