User Experience Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a UX / Product Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. The successful candidate will focus on a range of user experiences within a investment platform. • Wireframes and Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX researchers, product owners, UI designers, business stakeholders) to align on design goals and implementation. • Usability Improvements: Continuously evaluate and enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. • Design Guidelines: Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across the product. • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design. In this dynamic role, a UX Designer contributes to creating seamless and delightful experiences for users, making products stand out in the competitive market.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3-4+ years of experience in UX / Product Design

• Figma • Jira & Confluence

• Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders

• Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user
