Product Manager

Company Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and support the development and growth of our Web3 domain products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to help define and execute our product roadmap.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about Web3 and eager to learn the intricacies of product management in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with the Director of Product and CEO to execute on strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure smooth development cycles.
• Support the execution of the product roadmap by conducting market research and analyzing user feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development to drive product adoption.
• Monitor key product metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication within the team.
• Work closely with the Director of Product and CEO to align on strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution.
• Stay up-to-date on Web3 trends and emerging technologies to help shape product strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, translating them into product improvements.
• Help define and track success metrics to evaluate product performance.

What we're looking for (qualifications)

• 1-3 years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, and decentralized identity.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from user data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with ENS/DNS and domain-related technologies (Nice to have)
• Background in UX/UI design or software development (Nice to have)
