🚀 Your Mission

Are you ready to shape the future of Real Estate Asset Management? As a Founding Product Manager at AssetOS, you will be responsible for developing our data-driven platform for the real estate industry in the DACH region from the ground up. You will drive the product strategy, bring AI-based automations to market, and play a central role in turning our vision into reality - supported by 7 development partners.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AssetOS platform, enabling data-driven insights for real estate investors.
• Develop the first business-viable MVP and continuously iterate based on user feedback.
• Lead cross-functional teams & freelancers to implement the product vision and ensure customer satisfaction and market requirements are met.
• Ensure efficient communication and coordination between engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Develop and implement solutions that automate manual tasks in transaction and asset management.
• Scale the platform and ensure technical feasibility and user acceptance.

👷‍♀️ Possible Tasks That Drive the Outcome

• Work closely with founders, design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as develop innovative and user-friendly products that meet customer needs.
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies and work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Conduct market analysis and user research to ensure the product is tailored to our target audience's needs.
• Gather requirements and identify pain points in close coordination with stakeholders across the company to ensure product goals are met.
• Manage the product development process from ideation to conception to delivery and iteration, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage the product backlog with a clear focus on continuous improvement.

🧵 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS, data platform, or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of data architectures and AI technologies.
• Proven track record in delivering successful products and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree from a renowned university or a compelling story why the university degree is secondary.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage schedules.
• Experience in collaborating with UX/UI design and engineering teams to develop user-centric solutions.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects.
• Startup mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Your curiosity is boundless. You are a self-learner.
• Progress is not linear. Agility is in your blood, and you thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
