HTML Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a HTML Developer in Miami, FL. Key Tasks:

• HTML Developer will develop, test, and optimize responsive HTML email templates for various business-to-guest communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure email content aligns with brand standards
• Integrate email templates with backend systems to ensure accurate data population
• Manage updates for time-sensitive communications, such as weather alerts, payment reminders, and promotional announcements
• As a HTML Developer, you will ensure all email designs are accessible, visually appealing, and mobile-friendly
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm accuracy, functionality, and proper rendering across devices and email clients
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with experience building responsive email templates
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic understanding of backend systems and how data connects to email communications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
• Previous experience in email marketing, CRM platforms, or related tools is a plus
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with email testing platforms like Litmus or Email on Acid
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across various email clients
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
