UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our team and lead the design of intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly interfaces across multiple client projects. You will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, UX designers, developers, and strategists to craft compelling digital experiences. This role requires adaptability, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to design within brand guidelines while maintaining fresh aesthetics and seamless experience.

What you'll do

• Lead the UI design process from concept to execution across web and mobile platforms Develop and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that align with different brand identities.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and strategists to ensure cohesive, user-friendly designs that meet client objectives.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into effective, scalable design solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency and a high standard of visual execution across a variety of client touchpoints.
• Present and articulate design solutions to clients, incorporating feedback into iterations effectively.
• Stay updated on UI trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design workflows and agency offerings.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and specifications.

Experience + Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI design, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout across various brands and industries.
• Experience working with design systems and component-based design approaches.
• Ability to adapt design aesthetics to different brand identities and business goals.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects across different industries, highlighting design process and impact.
