The UI/UX Designers will join the team and contribute to various projects that arise, focusing primarily on pushing the boundaries of consumer-facing applications. This role is an opportunity to explore bold, innovative design directions while maintaining a balance with aesthetic principles.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Work across multiple projects, bringing a fresh, exploratory approach to visual and interaction design.
• Elevate the design of consumer-facing iOS and web applications, focusing on motion, animation, and dynamic interactions.
• Challenge conventional UI norms and experiment with interactive, dynamic backgrounds and advanced animations.
• Collaborate with other designers, taking direction and building upon existing concepts while exploring new design possibilities.
• Deliver high-fidelity visuals with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, ensuring a polished and immersive user experience.
• Work within established design guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across applications.
  

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with shipped iOS and web products, particularly in consumer applications
  • Strong visual design skills (70% visual, 30% interaction), with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to iterate quickly, experiment with different styles, and adapt to different project needs
• Portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate design challenges, collaboration, and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to push the boundaries of standard design while maintaining usability
  • Evidence of working on consumer-facing applications with high visual polish
    

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, Principle, or Framer.
• Knowledge of advanced animation techniques and gesture-based interactions.
