Role: Data analyst(BPM)

JOB ROSPONSBILITIES:
- Analyze and map business processes using IBM's Business Process Mining tools and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and automation using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and process owners, to design and implement process improvement solutions.
- Use data analytics and AI techniques to uncover process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Provide recommendations for process automation and help clients understand the benefits of intelligent process automation (IPA) and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Support the deployment of IBM’s Business Process Mining software, assisting with configuration, setup, and user training.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, summarizing process insights, improvement recommendations, and the overall impact on business performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in process mining, process optimization, and automation technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with process mining tools (IBM or other solutions), process modeling, or business process analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with IBM’s Business Process Management (BPM) and Automation platforms, such as IBM Automation Process Mining, IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-facing consulting environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques in business process optimization.
- Experience in process automation, workflow management, or digital transformation projects.
- Certification in BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise software applications.
