In the global lottery and gaming industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge digital lottery solutions.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, including at least 3 years focused on User Research.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including interviews, usability testing, workshops, persona development, and data analysis.
• Proven track record of conducting end-to-end research processes — from planning and recruiting to analysis, synthesis, and presentation of insights.
• Experience building user research processes for product lifecycle stages: discovery, concept validation, prototype testing.
• Hands-on experience with remote user testing tools and methodologies.
• Comfortable working in Agile cross-functional teams, closely collaborating with Product Designers, POs, and Developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to translate research insights into clear recommendations for both designers and stakeholders.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience facilitating participatory design sessions and co-creation workshops.
• Ability to confidently advocate for user needs and influence design decisions at both team and leadership levels.
• Experience creating long-term frameworks for gathering and sharing user insights across teams.

This is your role

• Plan, design, and conduct user research to uncover customer needs and identify pain points using a variety of methods.
• Analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights that drive design and product decisions.
• Establish a clear and repeatable user research process in collaboration with Design and Data teams.
• Develop comprehensive research plans, recruit participants, conduct interviews, and facilitate usability tests.
• Document and present research findings in a compelling way to stakeholders and design teams.
• Partner with Product Designers to develop testable hypotheses, refine assumptions, and plan effective research activities.
• Drive user-centered design advocacy across the product team and broader organization.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster customer empathy within teams.
