Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager / Office Manager local to West Sussex to join our dedicated team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both from home and in our Petworth studio, with more remote work initially as we finalize the studio setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management activities to ensure client satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
- Facilitate productive communication within the team to align project strategies.
- Maintain a highly organized workflow to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support office management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Utilize your social media and agency knowledge to contribute positively to our projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media trends and platforms.
- Must be located in or around the West Sussex area and able to travel to Petworth.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
Salary:*Starting at £25,000, based on experience; With many benefits such as flexible working, a competitive pension + Bonus scheme
