Job Description
We are seeking an HR Administration and Payroll Analyst. This position is responsible for managing payroll processes, supporting HR onboarding, assisting with HR projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in the Dominican Republic.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR administration and payroll processing.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS software, and payroll systems.
Strong understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations in the Dominican Republic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
Hold a current enhanced criminal background check or equivalent.
Compliance with visa and work permit requirements for the Dominican Republic.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students and the willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Previous experience in a human resources role.

Job Description

- Address and resolve payroll-related queries with discretion.
- Assist with HR projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving needs.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and Dominican labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, always safeguarding sensitive employee information.
- Support in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Director.
