Senior Project Manager – Architecture & Revit Specialist

We work across all touchpoints of branding including logos, typography & color systems, print collateral, web design, environmental design, film and photography, etc.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with knowledge in BIM and Revit, capable of managing complex projects from design development through to construction completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of commercial architecture, and a passion for advancing architectural design through technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of architectural designs, including conceptual, schematic, and detailed drawings for complex projects, with an emphasis on Revit and BIM integration.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of detailed project documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications, building codes, and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and Revit specialists, providing guidance on BIM workflows, Revit techniques, and architectural best practices.
- Manage the creation and coordination of comprehensive BIM models, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP elements to ensure accuracy and coherence across disciplines.
- Review and resolve technical challenges and design conflicts within BIM models, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Conduct quality control reviews of BIM models and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Manage client relationships, providing clear and concise communication regarding project progress, technical issues, and design solutions.
- Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions, leveraging advanced Revit tools, BIM methodologies, and other emerging technologies.
- Act as a key liaison between the design team, contractors, and other project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless project execution.
- Lead the production of project specifications, construction drawings, and technical reports, ensuring alignment with the overall project vision and goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience in BIM methodology, with a deep understanding of Revit and its advanced functionalities.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of BIM integration for large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial architecture, including design, detailing, and construction documentation for complex buildings.
- Expertise in coordination of BIM models with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, and civil engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency in advanced rendering and modeling tools such as Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction administration, including the review of shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and on-site coordination.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience as an architect, with significant experience working on large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Proven experience in leading BIM implementation and managing complex Revit-based workflows for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project coordination, design development, and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level architects and BIM staff.
- Strong portfolio of successfully completed projects showcasing design leadership, technical proficiency, and problem-solving capabilities.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Revit
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Experience with BIM software, including coordination of multi-disciplinary BIM models.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, BIM 360, Navisworks, etc.).
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling software for conceptual design.
- Knowledge of architectural rendering software (Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, etc.).
