Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Ensure an efficient development process and support our development teams in the role of an Agile Quality Manager
  • Design and improve our working and development methods
  • Support the resolution of conflicts and impediments
  • Organise and moderate Scrum events
  • Work together closely with our Product Owner

You are just right for this role if

  • you have completed training as a Scrum Master or already have experience in this role
  • you have good organisational skills and enjoy communicating and facilitating
  • you are a team player and have good people skills
  • you have completed a technical education in the field of computer science or have worked in agile software development teams
  • you find it easy to communicate in German and English (C1 level)
