Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Web Operations Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium.

  • The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises.
  • In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

  • Digitization of video files for website upload and archiving.
  • Management of live streams on social media.
  • Guidance and support users in the usage of existing tools, platforms and wikis collaborative sites.
  • Support of social media live streams centralized support for social media live streams.
  • Technical analysis of the business requirements in view of providing an adequate solution within the platforms available.
  • Implementation of solutions on existing technical platforms, including customizations required.
  • Frequent review of existing platform usage, correcting misalignments, while coordination with the space users.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years.
  • Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in User Documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in media file management.
  • Knowledge in end-user assistance of information systems.
  • Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • Good knowledge of JIRA environment.
  • Working experience with manual and automation testing is an asset.
  • Good reporting methods.
  • Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in AudiovisualV Services information systems.
  • Ability to give business and technical presentations.
