We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join our team in Diegem, Belgium. In this role, you will support the Divisional Medical Division Business Human Resources Directors in the effective delivery of HR services and the implementation of actions developed from strategic planning across multiple divisions, locations, and functions. Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join our team in Diegem, Belgium. In this role, you will support the Divisional Medical Division Business Human Resources Directors in the effective delivery of HR services and the implementation of actions developed from strategic planning across multiple divisions, locations, and functions. This position is an excellent entry point into Abbott, with opportunities for growth into progressively complex HR roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust-based, collaborative, and sustainable relationships with HR stakeholders, managers, and customer groups.
- Consult with managers to execute well-defined HR programs, actions around change management, diversity, talent development, succession planning, career planning, and engagement programs.
- Follow developments and best practices within (and outside) your specialization and seek opportunities to optimize HR processes and services.
- Actively participate in cross-Europe, Middle East, and Africa HR projects.
- Analyze internal (Workday, Power BI) and external data and trends to assess organizational effectiveness. Develop possible improvements in the organization based on data.
- Provide overall HR administrative support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role is required.
- First experience in an HR environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Project management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
