A leading consulting firm specialising in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/CPM) is seeking a highly experienced Principal Customer Success Consultant to lead client engagements and drive business growth in the Nordic region. This role demands a proven ability to deliver complex consulting solutions while fostering strong client relationships.

What will I be doing

• Partner with internal leadership to drive business growth and cultivate client relationships
• Lead EPM project teams in delivering client-centred innovative solutions while managing key customer engagements
• Develop strategic plans based on customer needs and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as partners and vendors
• Mentor and develop team members and support their professional growth
• Contribute to thought leadership in the finance transformation space and help shape company strategy
• Build and engage with the CFO community to promote digital transformation best practices

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in EPM consulting, EPM processes, or related field
• Proficiency in leading EPM platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Workiva, Workday Adaptive Planning, Lucanet, Prophix, or Pigment is essential
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex digital transformation projects
• Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, consolidation)
• Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
