Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading full-stack development efforts, collaborating closely with the CEO and Project Manager, and contributing to the creation of AI-driven projects. If you are a detail-oriented, smart, and focused developer with a strong analytical mindset, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO and Project Manager, reporting directly to them.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack AI-Agent projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI and Design Team to enhance user experience.
• Ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Maintain and improve agile development processes using Git, Jenkins, and optionally Jira and Confluence.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Python for back-end development.
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI security.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
