We are currently looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, you will be working within the central Data team to derive insights from the group data warehouse for teams across the business. You will be partnering with the finance, marketing and product teams to produce both reporting capabilities and insights through to production.

What You Will Do

• Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis and problem solving.
• Create and maintain data visualizations for effective storytelling.
• Analyze core e-commerce KPIs to influence business strategies.
• Ensure data stewardship to deliver accurate and reliable answers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Communicate and present complicated data analysis effectively to non-technical users.
  
  
  

What You Should Bring

• Mathematical, scientific, or engineering degree and one year of relevant experience or two-plus years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Big Query and SQL.
• Experience in building visualizations and storytelling with data.
• Understanding of Google Analytics 360.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Python specifically for creating Airflow dags is a plus.
• Some experience with or knowledge of source control, GIT is a plus.
• Understanding of data warehousing best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complicated data analysis to non-technical users.
