About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you’ll be essential in turning our data into valuable insights and creating solutions that enable smarter, data-driven decisions to support growth across the organization. You’ll be part of a wider team of engineers, scientists, and advanced analysts, organized in domain-driven squads and chapters to tackle strategic challenges collaboratively. In this setup, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, ensuring our analytics evolve to meet both current needs and future ambitions.

About Your Tasks

• Design and develop data models to support analytic requirements across the company.
• Create and maintain semantic and tabular models that ensure data consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and optimize Power BI Cloud dashboards to visualize complex data in actionable ways.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Power BI Cloud and experienced with building semantic and tabular models.
• You enjoy collaborating with different teams to uncover data-driven solutions.
• Eager to learn and grow, with a passion for creating insights that drive impact.
