What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking a talented Network Engineer who excels in a dynamic environment and provides outstanding customer support. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of our client’s extensive data center networks. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring incidents, managing issues within SLAs, planning and deploying updates for security maintenance, and assisting with upgrades to improve system performance.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of large data center networks, prioritizing performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain F5 load balancers to enhance application delivery and uptime.
• Implement Senetas encryption solutions to ensure secure data transmission within the network.
• Manage Fibre Channel networks to facilitate high-speed data transfer and storage.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot problems, and address incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and processes.

What will make you successful in this role?

Experience With

• Cisco data center network switching and routing
• F5 and NetScaler load balancers
• Senetas encryption technology
• Fibre Channel switches
• TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and network security principles
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation
• Familiarity with standard ITIL processes, including incident, change, problem, and configuration management
• ITIL, F5, Netscaler, Senetas, or Brocade SAN Administrator certifications are highly desirable
