Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing ESG data across diverse areas, including sustainable finance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Assisting in ESG data collection, validation, and analysis for internal and external reporting.
• Understanding business needs related to ESG data, compiling and analyzing datasets
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ESG data tools and frameworks.
• Assisting in the coordination of ESG data-related initiatives and projects.
• Providing input in IT infrastructure development processes, including defining ESG-related data requirements.
• Supporting other teams on ESG data-related inquiries and assisting in stakeholder communication.
• Helping to comply with various data requirements (e.g. GDPR)
  
  

You will be a great fit if you have:

• A strong interest in sustainability, particularly in financial sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, including structuring, processing, and interpreting datasets.
• Experience with project coordination or working in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks in a structured manner.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the development of ESG data capabilities within SEB Baltics
• Good communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written), to work with colleagues across Baltic countries.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar (considered an advantage).
• Some knowledge of ESG-related regulations, sustainability reporting, or financial data analysis (considered an advantage).

€2,450 - €3,650 a month

The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
