The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer and Product Manager who will be instrumental in shaping our mobile and web applications. Our MVPs are functional, but we need to standardize, refine, and elevate the user experience. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performance digital products that seamlessly integrate AI, automation, and real-time insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Designer
- Develop a coherent design system that aligns both user and admin experiences.
- Create modern, intuitive UX/UI for complex applications.
- Take initiative—propose solutions, refine existing designs, and elevate usability.
- Work directly with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Push back with expert feedback and challenge the team when needed.
Product Manager
- Define product roadmaps, execute in 12-day sprints, and drive fast iterations.
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize features, solve problems, and optimize execution.
- Focus on usability, user behavior, and retention to ensure product-market fit.
- Manage multiple AI-driven products and ensure they align with business goals.
Key Projects You’ll Work On
- Gunner: The AI backbone of our ecosystem—an evolving intelligence that automates decision-making and optimizes business operations.
- Memberra: An AI-powered membership and revenue automation platform for small business owners ($1B ARR goal in 5 years). Needs a design overhaul.
- OA Agency: AI automation consultancy building scalable AI solutions for 500+ businesses. Needs a brand and product transformation.
- MyLifePlan.AI: AI-driven personal growth platform, offering interactive journaling, self-reflection prompts, and structured goal alignment. Design from scratch.
- MyMentor.AI: A tool that extracts real-time insights from YouTube podcasts, automatically summarizing Watch Later videos and integrating them with AI. Design from scratch.

Work Style & Compensation
- No salaries. Every project has an agreed-upon fee, and we adjust as needed.
