Requirements:

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 1 years of experience with Kotlin and Android Studio;
• Knowledge of Java OOP and working with JSON/Rest APIs
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles applied to Android development
• Experience with Git
• Knowledge of Design Patterns for scalable and optimized code

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL development, preferably with Oracle Database.

Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with analyzing, designing, and modeling databases (ER diagrams, data flows, relational data models).

Proficiency in query optimization and performance tuning in Oracle databases.

Ability to perform technical analysis and assess the functional and technical impact of changes.

Strong debugging skills and the ability to efficiently troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

Experience with PL/SQL best practices, such as bulk collect, exception handling, and writing reusable code.

Proactive mindset with the ability to propose and implement improvements independently.

Ability to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with OutSystems Development in combination with Oracle databases.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud or AWS RDS for Oracle.

Experience with automated testing for PL/SQL code.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database changes.
