What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and creating documentation, design systems, and guidelines
• Art directing our partner agencies to get the best results for Revolut
• Delivering creative visual assets and motion design that bring our brand to life
• Concepting and developing content for campaigns
• Working with our Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver the best solutions for projects
• Gathering design references, creating mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas to the team and stakeholders
• Owning projects, from concept through to completion
• Working across multiple project deadlines
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience as a graphic designer
• A background in branding or advertising environments
• An outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling visual brand systems for companies, products, or campaigns
• Creative design, motion graphics, visual design, editorial, typography, digital design, social media, creative thinking, branding identity, and art direction skills
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud apps and other prototyping tools, such as Figma and Miro
• Experience leading a design process end to end with the support and management of assisting designers, motion, and 3D artists
