We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be integral in facilitating our hiring processes and ensuring a positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
This role demands outstanding organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to providing excellent candidate experiences.
Primary Duties:
- Interview Scheduling: Organize and manage interview appointments between applicants and hiring teams to ensure an orderly and effective process.
- Candidate Liaison: Serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey, offering timely updates and feedback.
- Data Management: Keep candidate information current and precise within our recruitment management system.
- Offer Documentation: Draft and dispatch offer letters to successful candidates, ensuring accuracy in all terms and conditions.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding of new employees by ensuring all required paperwork is finalized.
- Immigration Coordination: Aid in organizing and facilitating immigration processes for international candidates, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and smooth transitions.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers to advance recruitment strategies and projects.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment or a related HR role is preferred.
- Strong skills in organization and time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
Duration:
- 10 months Contract.
Location:
Remote, but only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered.
