🔎We are looking for a Business Analyst.
MAIN TASKS:
- Collection, analysis and challenge of business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner and AI Product Manager.
- Help in the usage of the solution within the build phase. Explaining the API usage, user's training and onboarding.
- In the operational phase, the analyst will monitor TAS usage activity, track production incidents, attend monthly committees publish activity metrics, and suggest new key performance indicators.
- Writing requirements and user stories.
- Participation in the design of the Transversal Analytic Solutions.
- Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform.
- Close collaboration with the IT Teams (developers, service center, test center), the data-science team and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT implementations.
- Contribution to tests (strategy, test cases, test campaigns, analysis of anomalies, etc.).
- Drafting of operating procedures, user guides.
- - Active contribution to all agile rituals (sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, daily meeting).
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit
- Agile experience
- Understand IT concept (API, Authentication, Workflow)
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
- A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- French (B2), English (B2)
- Analytical and organizational skills are essential
- Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- French – Practice
