Product Manager - Bolton Swiss

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing Dept. in the Bolton International Business unit - Bolton Swiss, based in Lugano, Switzerland

How you make the difference

You’ll contribute to the creation and implementation of the Marketing Strategy for the brands Borotalco and Sipuro. Coordinate with all stakeholders to secure the solid implementation of all aspects of the marketing plan. Follow-up, measure & evaluate.

What Your Agenda Looks Like

• Identify and exploit new initiatives. Recommend and implement the launch of new brands/products and all related activities.
• Prepare & implement trade plans in coordination with Sales team. Follow-up trade activities.
• Closely monitor and analyze competition, market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and make timely recommendations to adapt plans accordingly.
• Sell-in & sell-out data analysis and reporting. Provide strong decision support and robust recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  
  

Your Team

The position reports to the Marketing Mgr. of Bolton Swiss.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable course of study.
• At least 2 years of solid experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG
• Entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinker with an out of the box mentality.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a gift for accuracy.
• Pragmatic, able and willing to deal with operational tasks. Business and results oriented, with consistency and accountability.
• Advanced communication skills and team work spirit. Highly effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization.
• Language skills – Must have: fluent in German and English, written & spoken. Being fluent in French is an asset.
