Senior Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

• You'll be part of defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap within our DAM and brand management solution.
• You'll work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to build innovative and user-friendly products that address customer needs.
• You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, identify pain points, and ensure alignment on product goals.
• You'll drive the product development process, from ideation and conception to delivery and iteration, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• You'll analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
• You'll use data and user research to validate ideas and measure the success of product initiatives.
• You'll lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage the product backlog with a focus on continuous improvement.
• You'll support the development of go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  
  
  

Your Story

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office – or even mix it up during the week! Choose where to work from that works best for you.
• You have 4+ years experience working on digital products as a Product Manager or in a similar role with a successful track record of leading the process from product discovery and delivery to shipping impactful new features and products – Ideally in product-led, SaaS companies.
• You have demonstrated the ability to understand and apply the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery within cross-functional team contexts in your daily work.
• You might not have formal training in design or user experience, but you keep design as a top-of-the-mind consideration rather than an afterthought when building products.
• You excel at using customer feedback and data to inform design decisions and enjoy deeper engagement with designers to create user experiences that are intuitive and engaging.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and don't shy away from finding solutions to complex problems to help teams navigate with sound judgment and the right level of pragmatism
• You have impressive communication skills and can build trustful relationships internally with engineers, designers, and company leaders as well as externally with our customers and users.
• Your friends would describe you as an independent and pragmatic problem solver. You don’t need direction, you are self-driven.
