What will you build?

What will you do?

As a founding Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of building intelligent automation processes leveraging AI agents. Your goal is to integrate AI into SMB processes with the minimum amount of friction, and hands-on support required. Specifically, you will:

• Develop a back-end agent orchestrator to automate sales & ops processes without any set-up required;
• Architect AI pipeline - including data pipeline, model evaluation, refinement, and fine-tuning;
• Deploy network of AI agents able to interact with VMs and containerized environments;
• Scale data collection capabilities across different sources, models, and environments;
• Help grow high performing engineering organization, and mentor junior engineers as the team scales.

Looking for someone with this experience and cultural fit...

• 3+ years of AI/ML or MLOps engineering
• Experience architecting AI pipelines (i.e. data pipelines; knowledge of vector databases; search/retrieval; eVal techniques; AI/ML frameworks)

• Deep passion for changing the world around you.
• Grit, strong work ethic, flexibility (think beyond your role), and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have experience in...

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Virtual Machines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Web or process automation with APIs, endpoints and HTTP requests;
• Microservice-oriented architecture and designing systems at scale;
• Startup or early-stage company experience.
