Job title: Data Analyst

Location: The Randstad - Hybrid

Project: As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders to make sure the data in the warehouse is accurate, well-organized, and meets business needs. You’ll help guide users, check business requirements, and support IT projects, all while ensuring the data is compliant and improving processes.

Experience:

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and validate data to ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize data management tasks.
• Translate business requirements into data rules for system upgrades (like moving to the cloud).
• Ensure data elements are suitable for both internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate with business users to make sure they understand and can use the data model effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in databases, data warehouses, and SQL.
• Experience in the retail or small-medium bank focus is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
